1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for providing hosting services by JUNCTION.BIZ LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) based in Lisów, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0001129088, by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Correspondence address: Lisów 132B, 38-242 Skołyszyn, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider".

1.2. The hosting service is offered to individual clients and businesses, hereinafter referred to as "Users", under the terms specified in these Terms and Conditions.

1.3. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes, the Provider will inform Users via email at least 14 days in advance.

2.1. The Provider offers three hosting service packages:

• Free: 0 PLN per month / 0 PLN per year
• Silver: 2 EUR per month / 24 EUR per year
• Gold: 4 EUR per month / 48 EUR per year

2.2. Each package includes a specified amount of disk space, data transfer, and the number of available services (FTP, email, databases, etc.), as described in the offer table.

2.3. Each service provides the User with a free SSL certificate and a management panel for hosting account control.

3.1. The activation fee for each hosting account is 3 EUR (one-time). The fee is non-refundable.

3.2. The Provider offers the option to extend limits (e.g., disk space, data transfer) for an additional fee according to the current price list. Package changes are possible only with the Provider's consent and based on technical conditions.

3.3. The User is required to make payments on time according to the selected package and price list. In the event of non-payment, the service may be suspended, and if the delay exceeds 3 days, it may be permanently deleted.

4.1. The Provider undertakes to provide services continuously, subject to possible interruptions due to technical reasons or the need for maintenance or upgrades.

4.2. The Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or limit access to services if the User violates the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

4.3. The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as technical failures, force majeure, or actions of third parties.

5.1. The User is obliged to use the services in compliance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and good practices.

5.2. The User must not publish illegal content, including: obscene, erotic, or pornographic material; defamatory, offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate content; content offending religions, nationalities, ethnic groups, or other minorities; content infringing copyright, intellectual property, or other protected rights of third parties.

5.3. The User is responsible for the content published through hosting services, including any potential violations of third-party rights.

5.4. The User is required to protect their login information and not disclose it to third parties.

6.1. The Provider is not responsible for the content posted by the User within the services provided.

6.2. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or their malfunction, unless these result from the Provider's intentional act or gross negligence.

6.3. The Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or upgrade purposes.

7.1. The data controller of Users' personal data is JUNCTION.BIZ LTD, based in Lisów. Data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR.

7.2. Users' personal data is processed for contract execution, invoicing, technical support, and marketing purposes.

7.3. The User has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and the right to object, as well as lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8.1. These Terms and Conditions come into effect upon their publication on the Provider's website.

8.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, particularly the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

8.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office (Poland, Podkarpacie, Jasło County, District Court in Jasło).
